Signature Massage

Hot Stone Massage

Experience the healing heat of polished, Hawaiian lava stones as they are glided across the body to sooth your muscles and delight your spirit. The stones become an extension of the therapists hands, and some stones may be placed on specific points of the body to add to the healing experience. The stones are used to compliment the traditional hand techniques of a traditional style of massage. A unique experience! Aromatherapy included. $65 for one hour Special: $80.00 for 90 minutes.

Sports Massage

Whether your an athlete, weekend warrior or just over did it, this massage will shorten recovery time and disperse toxins and waste from muscles. This style of massage can also be used before an event to help loosen up muscles, bring blood to critical parts of the body and support muscle memory. Stretching techniqes may also be applied. Tami has worked with professional athletes including NBA player Horace Grant and professional body builder, Les Nagi, a former Mr. Colorado. $60.00 for one hour. Special: $75.00 for 90 minutes.

Thai Massage

Experience this sacred tradition Tami learned in Thailand. Developed over thousands of years, Thai Massage is a unique form of fully-clothed body work performed on a futon mat. A wonderful, flowing combination of stretching techniques, joint mobilization, acupressure, energy balancing, rhythmic soft tissue manipulation and assisted Yoga poses. This form of applied Yoga therapy, nicknamed "lazy man's Yoga", is widely practiced in hospitals, temples and private settings as a form of physical therapy and healing throughout Thailand. $75.00 for 60 minutes. $90 for 90 minutes.

Pre-Natal Massage

Tami has a special table that allows pregnant women to lie comfortably on their stomach during a traditional style of massage. For women wanting Thai massage (done on a futon mat…see above), she has learned special side-lying techniques suited for pregnant women. A nice way to relieve swollen feet, ankles, back pain and discomforts often experienced during pregnancy. Makes a wonderful gift! $60.00 for 60 minutes. ($75 for 60 minute Thai Massage)

"Couples" Massage

Enjoy a side by side massage with a loved one, a friend, mother/daughter, or bride/bridesmaid. An optional soja screen will offer just the right amount of privacy. $120.00 Special: $100 for 60 minutes. (save $20.00!)

Synchronized Massage (Abhyanga)

Four hands gliding in unison will evoke a deep feeling of peace and wellness. Abhyanga means to move energy into the body whilst moving toxins towards the body's eliminatory systems. Strengthens and revitalises the entire body. $90 for 60 minutes.

Shirodhara

An intensely relaxing ayurveda therapy where warm therapeutic oils, infused with herbal botanicals, are poured in a gentle stream (from a traditional copper vessel) continuously onto the center of the forehead inducing an almost hypnotic state. "Like having a deep and penetrating massage on the mind". The effect is indescribable. This includes a full body massage. The most popular ayurveda treatment. Recommended for insomnia, stress, mental fatigue, trauma and depression. Experience inner Bliss! $140 for 90 minutes. (Our 90 minute session includes a full synchronized (2 therapist) body massage. $125 for one therapist. $85.00 without the full body massage. Note: up to one half gallon of organic medicated oil is used for this treatment. You will receive a head wrap to keep your head warm after treatment. For maximum benefits, the oil should be left in your hair for a minimum of 2 hours. Can be left on overnight for deep nourishment.

Rose Petal Massage

Awaken the Goddess in you, or someone special in your life, with this heavenly massage that Tami learned from a delightful woman in Costa Rica. Lie on a warm table strewn with rose petals as exotic oils are massaged into the skin to honor the feminine spirit. Tami adds her own touch with hot stones. $85.00 for 90 minutes.

Ayurveda facial

Enjoy A luxurious treatment with natural botanicals that will leave your face glowing. Includes a soothing eye treatment, facial, neck and shoulder massage, facial steam, hot towels, exfoliation, and a customized mask according to your skin type. A relaxing foot and hand massage helps bring the whole body into a balanced state. $60.00. Special: Only $40.00 with any massage service.

Body Polish

Revitalize the body and revive the senses with this wonderful exfoliating treatment that will leave your skin silky smooth. Using an ayurvedic blend of organic brown sugar, sweet almond oil, grape seed and jojoba, and essential oils of mango and ginger that will deeply nourish your skin. Perfect during change of seasons, when your skin feels dry, or anytime you need to revive. Your skin will feel irresistibly soft. Special: only $30.00 when added to any massage service.

Tranquil Mint Foot Bath

This effervescent foot soak will sooth and refresh tired feet. Sea salts specially blended with aromatherapeutic essential oils help relieve stress and combat mental fatigue. A perfect way to unwind before any massage service or reflexology treatment. Only $12.00 with any service.
